At AtomCat Studio, we put a lot of love into creating our products, and we want them to arrive at your doorstep looking just as wonderful as when they left our studio.

Here's what you can expect when ordering from us.

Processing & Production Times

Many of our products are handmade or made to order, which means a little creative magic happens before your package is ready to ship!

Processing times vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and current order volume. Estimated processing times are provided on product listings when available.

Please keep in mind that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging & Protection

From delicate acrylic wall art to our colorful clocks and 3D-printed creations, we take special care when packaging your order.

We use protective packaging appropriate for each product to help ensure everything arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is on its way.

Please allow a little time for the carrier to update its tracking system.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Sometimes the unexpected happens, even with careful packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out. We'll help investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to help before your package ships, although changes aren't always possible once an order is in transit.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be resent due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
