At AtomCat Studio, every product is thoughtfully designed and handmade with a little extra personality. Because our items are handcrafted, made to order, or personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or buyer preferences.

But that doesn't mean we won't make things right!

When Things Don't Go Quite Right

We're human, and occasionally things don't turn out exactly as planned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has an issue with our workmanship, we absolutely want to hear about it.

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number and a few photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and work with you on a fair solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

A Little Handmade Character

Small variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These natural characteristics aren't considered defects, but if something doesn't seem right, please reach out.
